House Rules
These internal rules aim to ensure harmonious cohabitation between the colivers of the house. They are an appendix to the lease and apply to all residents from their arrival.
Introduction
Each coliver undertakes to respect the tranquility, security, privacy, and property of other residents. Common areas must be used in a spirit of sharing, mutual respect, and individual responsibility.
Any serious or repeated breach of these rules may constitute grounds for termination of the lease, in accordance with the resolutory clause of said lease.
These rules supplement the lease without replacing the applicable legal provisions.
